Apple users on iOS 15 may experience Error 101 when trying to connect to Daily Challenges or signing into their account in Microsoft Solitaire Collection. This is likely caused by a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection error.
If you are currently using a VPN while playing our game and are experiencing this error, we recommend:
- Settings > General > Software Update > Install any updates
- Settings > General > VPN > Toggle off, then back on
- Restart your device
