*Known issues - Fix in progress*
UPDATED March 23, 2023: A fix is now available to address these issues. We appreciate your patience as we worked toward this resolution. Microsoft Jigsaw (version 2.5.3021.0) will automatically update on your device. You can check your version by clicking on Settings>About in the game itself.
If you don't have the latest version, you can manually update your game by following the step here.
Please Note: Windows 8 is no longer supported by Microsoft. You will not be able to update to the latest version of Jigsaw if you are not on the Windows 10 or 11 operating system.
The updated version will include the following fixes:
- Background improvements
- Memory issue impacting lost puzzles & gold.
- Updates to meet Windows 10 and later operating system requirements.
- Smaller than normal puzzle pieces when starting a large puzzle.
Any Jigsaw puzzles or collections that have been purchased in the past should be available to you following this update.
If you typically Sign-in to play Microsoft Jigsaw, your amount of Gold may briefly show a total of 1,500 while the new update connects with your Xbox Live account. Once it has successfully connected, your Gold bars should be restored to their expected level.
If you experience issues following this update, please check your internet connection. You can find more information in the following articles here and here.
Thank you for your continued patience as we monitor this Jigsaw game release. It should be available to all players soon.
