To verify that your country is listed correctly on your account:
- Go to account.microsoft.com and log in. Click on "Your info" on the top of the screen.
- Under "Profile info" find "Country or region" and ensure that your country/region is listed correctly. If not, click 'Edit Country/Region' and edit it accordingly. You may have to input your password and reauthenticate your account.
- Click on your computer's star button and click "Settings." Select "Time & Language."
- In the upper right, under "Region," ensure that the selection is correct. If not, click on it and change the region accordingly.
- Retry your Premium purchase.
If that did not help, you can try these next steps:
- Hit the Windows Key + R to bring up the Run box and type in ms-settings:regionformatting.
- This will bring up the Region settings. Ensure that your country is set appropriately (this is what the game uses to determine how to show the appropriate address information when making purchases).
- Retry your Premium purchase.
