To verify that your country is listed correctly on your account:
- Go to account.microsoft.com and log in. Under your name and email on the left hand side, select 'More Action' > 'Edit Profile'. Ensure that your country/region is listed correctly. If not, click 'Edit Country/Region' and edit it accordingly.
- Click on your computer's home button > 'Settings'. Select 'Time & Language' > 'Region'. Ensure that the 'Country or region' section is correct. If not, use the drop down menu to adjust accordingly.
- Try to purchase premium.
If that didn't help, try this:
- Hit the Windows Key + R to bring up the Run box and type in ms-settings:regionformatting.
- This will bring up the Region settings. Ensure that your country is set appropriately (this is what the game uses to determine how to show the appropriate address info when making purchases).
- Try to purchase premium.
