Error code 121003 is an error code related to updates for our games. Error code 121003 occurs when your game cannot check for new updates due to connection or server issues. To clear error code 121003, follow the steps below.
Windows
- Open the Microsoft Store app on your device.
- Check for updates. These can be found by clicking the [...] in the top right hand corner > Downloads and updates > Get updates > Update all.
- Check Xbox Live Status. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status. Ensure all services are ‘normal’.
- Open the Xbox Console Companion App on your device. Ensure you are signed in.
- Restart your device from the power menu.
- Relaunch game.
