- Open the Microsoft Store app on your device.
- Check for updates. These can be found by clicking the [...] in the top right hand corner > Downloads and updates > Get updates > Update all.
- Check Xbox Live Status. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status. Ensure all services are ‘normal’.
- Open the Xbox App on your device: https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9MV0B5HZVK9Z. Ensure you are signed in.
- Go to your anti-virus or firewall settings to make sure that it's not blocking your game from accessing the internet. If your anti-virus/firewall has an app "whitelist", you will need to make sure your Xbox enabled games are on this list.
- Restart your device from the power menu.
- Relaunch game.
