Gravity Blocks is a classic block puzzle game with a twist: collect jewels and use power ups to charge up your Gravity Meter, and when your board gets too full, pull all the blocks down to regain the advantage. Use your strategic skills to place shapes, unlock new board designs and reach for the highest score!
Game Basics:
- Blue Jewels
Blue Jewels are hidden within shapes and can be obtained when clearing these shapes. Collecting Blue Jewels fills up your Gravity Meter for a special move, and advances your levels.
- Gravity Meter
The Gravity Meter is a special move that drops all the tiles to the bottom of the board, creating more space to play on and allowing to clear rows and columns more easily. The Gravity Meter is filled by collecting Blue Jewels.
- Do I have to drag the tiles in order?
No, you can drag any one of three tiles from the sidebar to the board each turn.
- What happens if I make too many moves?
There is no strict penalty for making extra moves. The game ends when you can’t make any more moves.
- Is there a way to undo a move?
Gravity Blocks doesn’t have an undo feature. Think carefully about each block placement!
- Can I rotate the tiles?
No, you can only drag the tiles to the board without rotation to clear the blocks.
- Why can’t I drag the tile?
You can’t drag the tiles that won’t fit on the board. Try placing the other available tiles and clearing the blocks first. The tiles that are currently unavailable will be draggable once there is enough space to fit them.
- Will my progress be saved in the game?
Yes, you can pick up where you left off by clicking the “Continue” button.
Power-Ups and Obstacles:
- Vines
Vines lock bricks in place and require multiple matches to clear. They will prevent blocks above them to be dropped when using a Gravity Charge.
- Bombs
When cleared with a row or column, bombs detonate in a larger area and remove surrounding vines.
- Score Multipliers
Increasing your score multiplier boosts all future moves. Focus on clearing multiple rows and columns at once, getting a long cascade, or triggering many Power Ups to blow up the board.
